This place is budget-friendly and situated in a convenient location near the main square, offering well-kept rooms with great views of the sky and greenery on every floor.

The room was well-maintained and modern and with a marvellous view up to the sky and plants on each level. The location was perfect and magnificent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The fact that Marengo-Sncf tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

This place offers a recently renovated comfortable king room with a clean bathroom, outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff, a magnificent location, parking available on site, and the airport is just 10 km away for easy access.

we appreciated the great location and the staff was amazing. la meuniere, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

The room was well-maintained with a separate bathroom and an ideal location close to the railway station.

Good free wifi connection, and free use of pc and printer which enabled me to check-in online and print by boarding pass for my flight home the morning of my departure.

The room, on the 4th floor, smelled of urine. I am unsure whether this was via the carpet or via the airconditioning, but it was bad. For a 3* hotel the bathroom was also poor, and the only electric socket was right next to the door, too far away from the bed.

The access to the metro station is good.

I was charged for the breakfast which I didn't take. I am waiting for the refund.

The location here is excellent, being near comfortable and well-equipped rooms, a charming central open-air courtyard, a wonderful attached restaurant, and close to the town hall.

Great location very close to the train station. The single room was small but had excellent air conditioning and the bathroom was very clean and well-done. Very good internet access as well. The hotel staff were efficient and somewhat friendly but seemed very busy. The breakfast was typical for a French hotel and generally was good.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier. When I returned to Toulouse the following week I asked if I can leave my bags with them even though I was not staying there at that time, and they agreed but charged me 10 euro from the privilege and required me to fetch them no later than 6 pm. Given that I needed the bags kept for only a few hours (they could not be left at the train station due to the size of one case) and while I was not a guest I had stayed there only a week ago, I felt this was unreasonable. In general, I recommend going with a larger room as well.

the staff was excellent and friendly. the place was clean. 3. the rooms were new-fashioned and recently refurbished, equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. 4. the attached restaurant was really nice with tasty local dishes at reasonable prices.

Is it safe to stay in the Grand Hotel d'Orleans ? The electricity was off intermittently from 3pm to 8pm because of faulty hotel wiring. From 8pm to about midnight the electricity was completely off including the emergency lighting system to mark emergency exits. When working, the emergency exit system appears to designate locked guest room doors as emergency exit doors. I had such a sign over my room door and there was certainly no exit through my room to any escape route from the hotel. Fire extinguishers are not visible anywhere. If fire extinguishers exist they are well hidden from view. Finally, even when the lights worked, most stairways are unlit.

I like the service rendered by the frontline staff. They are friendly and helpful. I like the entire quaint-looking style of the hotel. It is clean and location is good as it is near the train station. Also, there is a computer with internet access so it is good for travelers to be in touch with their friends and loved ones.

There is nothing I dislike about the hotel. Just that the noise from the outside is audible but bearable.
